Medical mycologists are no exception. When exploring the Internet for this article, it was encouraging to find a number of providers of medical mycology programs. A selection of these sites is reviewed below. MOVE on Mycoses http://www.moveonmycoses.com The stated mission of MOVE on Mycoses is “to provide all health care professionals who diagnose, treat, and manage patients who have, or are at risk for, invasive fungal infections with expanded resources for objective, up-to-date, and clinically relevant information about fungal infections.” This is an impressive program that provides educational activities for physicians, pharmacists, researchers, nurses, and students. Visitors to the site can choose to read the Fungal News Digest, participate in audioconferences, listen to podcasts, and, most usefully, attend and participate in dinner meetings around the United States. Publications of particular interest are also highlighted.
