These data show the predominance (more than 92.6 %) of anthropophilic dermatophytes ( Trichophyton rubrum , Trichophyton interdigitale and Trichophyton tonsurans ). Trichophyton rubrum was the most commonly (78.6 %) isolated dermatophyte.
