New HPLC Columns from Regis Chemical Co. New Reversible HPLC Columns Regis Chemical announces its new line of Hi-Chrom Reversible HPLC Columns. The Hi-Chrom Reversible is the first HPLC column which is guaranteed reversible - that is, the column can be used with solvent flow in either direction without loss of efficiency or change in performance. Packed using a proprietary packing process which produces a very tight, highly uniform bed throughout the column, the Hi-Chrom Reversible Columns, also possess very high efficiencies (50,000 + plates/m for a typical QDS reversedphase column). The Hi-Chrom Reversible columns are competitively priced and available with five different packings [ODS(C18) Reversed-Phase, Hexyl (C6) Reversed-Phase, Silica, Amino, and Nitrile], each of which has large, easily read labels which are color-coded to make column identification easier.
