Identification of Ethylenediamine-N,N'-bis(isopropylphosphonic) Acid by X-ray Diffraction A powder X-ray diffraction study of a polycrystalline sample of ethylenediamine-N,N'-bis(isopropylphosphonic) acid dihydrate (Phosphicine drug) isolated from aqueous solution showed that the product is single-phase. The diffraction pattern allows identification and detection of Phosphicine in mixtures with other substances. Abstract

A powder X-ray diffraction study of a polycrystalline sample of ethylenediamine-N,N'-bis(isopropylphosphonic) acid dihydrate (Phosphicine drug) isolated from aqueous solution showed that the product is single-phase. The diffraction pattern allows identification and detection of Phosphicine in mixtures with other substances.
