Hole Dependence in (Hg, Re)-1201 Compound

Hole Dependence in (Hg, Re)-1201 Compound We analyze the influence of oxygen and Re content on the superconducting response of single phase Hg1−x Re x Ba2CuO4+δ (0<x<0.15) samples. The results of thermoelectric power and d.c. magnetization measurements let us to analyze the effect of both substitutions on T c and the hole concentration (p). A comparison with previous reported T c(p) data indicate that this relashionship differs from the common parabola followed by many other high-T c materials and some features are remarkably independent of structural and chemical details. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Journal of Low Temperature Physics Springer Journals

Abstract

We analyze the influence of oxygen and Re content on the superconducting response of single phase Hg1−x Re x Ba2CuO4+δ (0<x<0.15) samples.
