We calculate the quasiparticle lifetime due to Coulomb interactions in a disordered superconductor in perturbation theory with respect to the screened Coulomb interaction. We find a diffusion enhancement of the relaxation rate similar to the normal metal case. The temperature dependence of the lifetime is found to be the same as in a clean superconductor. The relation of these results to experiment and ways to improve the theory are discussed.
