Juli 1960) Es sind bereits welt fiber hundert Hchtempfindliche Arten aus allen grSl]eren systematisehen Gruppen der Pilze bekannt. Dem gegeniibar stehen viele Pilze, die keine sichtbare Lichtwirkung erkennen lassen. Viele Vorg/inge und Merkmale kSnnen vom Licht beeinflu[lt werden: Sporenbildung und Sporenentleerung, Sporenform und -grSl]e, Zahl, HShe und Form der Fruktifika~ionsorgane, Sporenkeimung, Pigmentbildung, Myeelwachstum, Wuchsform des Mycels, Gesamttroekengewieht. Aul]erdem ist bai Pilzen Phototropismus besonders der Fruktifikations, organe aber aueh maneher Keimhyphen bekannt. Mancha Yilze zeigan w/ihrend ihrer Entwieklung einen mehr oder weniger ausgepr~igten Weehsel yon licht- und dunkelabhitngigen Phasen; und sehHeitlich sei noeh auf das Vorhandensein eines durch Lieht aus]Ssbaren andogenan Rhythmus bei einigen Arten hingewiesen. Zusammenfassende Ubersiehten fiber die Liehtwirkungen auf Pilze finden sich bei B J 6 ~ s s o ~ (1956), HAWKER (1957) und Mott~ (1960). Auffallend ist die grol3e Uneinheitlichkeit im Verhalten der einzelnen Pilzarten gegenfiber dem Lieht. Dabei zeigen oft auch nah verwandte Arten und sogar versehiedene S~/imme ein und derselben Art so nntersehiadllehes Verha]ten, dal~ man bei
