Der Chlorogensäure- und Kaffeesäuregehalt der Knollenschale von über 40 Kartoffelsorten verschiedener Anfälligkeit gegen Kartoffelschorf wurde bestimmt. 2. Von fünf dieser Sorten wurde der Gehalt an Chlorogensäure und Kaffeesäure in der Schale der Knollen, ihrem Fleisch, den Wurzeln, Stolonen, Stengeln und Blattspreiten bestimmt. 3. Es konnte kein Zusammenhang zwischen der Resistenz der Kartoffeln gegen Kartoffelschorf und ihrem Gehalt an Chlorogen- und Kaffeesäure festgestellt werden.
