Abstract

The analysis and evaluation of output qualimeteric characteristics of individual components and entire systems are the basis for management of the components of a cinematic system. Based on the example of estimating the qualimeteric characteristics of various types of images we show that, along with objective measuring techniques, subjective qualimeteric methods are used; subjective methods play an important semantic role, both in assessing individual characteristics and in the integrated assessment of image quality.
