The paper reports on methods for the evaluation of complex structural knowledge based on the criterion of its complexity. This criterion is universal throughout knowledge branches with different social applications and is of fundamental importance for science and mankind as a whole, as it reflects in itself the basic value of humanity, i.e., intellectual potential. The notions of related and unrelated knowledge, as well aspects of their evaluation, are introduced.
