Reactions 1680, p51 - 2 Dec 2017 Multiple skin rash and oral ulcers: case report An adult man [age at the time of reaction onset not stated] developed multiple skin rash and oral ulcers during treatment with apatinib [route not stated]. The man, who was diagnosed with renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma with liver and abdomen metastasis, started receiving treatment with apatinib 500 mg/day on 10 January 2016. After two week of apatinib therapy, he developed apparent level III side effects, which included multiple skin rash and oral ulcers. His apatinib dose was reduced to half [outcomes not stated]. Author comment: "After 2 weeks of [apatinib], his appetite and abdominal distension improved, but he demonstrated apparent level III side effects, including multiple skin rash and oral ulcers, thus, the dosage was reduced by half."
