[This chapter deals with the recommendation on the decommissioning and the recovery of the Fukushima. On the basis of my experience as a leader of the decommissioning of the JPDR, the first power reactor in Japan, and knowing the status of the world reactors under decommissioning, I would make an advice how to deal with it. Although it will take a longer time than expected because of its high radioactivity, I could rely with a confidence on the TEPCO people to carry out this difficult but important job.]
