# Structural Dynamics of a Cantilever Wing-Like Anisotropic Swept Plate

The general equation for a cantilever swept anisotropic plate (simulating a swept wing) is written in terms of chordwise expansion in a complete set of functions. This leads to a system of ordinary differential equations in il, the spanwise coordinate; the dynamic problem is considered leading to an expression which represents the most synthetic approach to many degrees of freedom torsion-bending interaction. Then methods of solution based on an analytical approach and spanwise finite element solution are described.
