Minimal creas, salivary glands, liver, gastrointestinal tract, lungs, fluid was also seen within the collection with perinephric retroperitoneum, lacrimal glands, skin and central nerv- stranding surrounding the collection suggestive of Class III 1–3 ous system. IgG4-related kidney disease (IgG4-RKD) EPN (Figure 1). A pigtail drain was placed in the collection manifests as tubulointerstitial nephritis (TIN) with IgG4- which drained pus. The pus culture showed a growth of positive plasma cell infiltration, obliterative phlebitis and Escherichia coli sensitive
