Buxton on ââUltrathin, Dynamic and Groovy: The Physics of Dutcher Filmsââ; ââThe Second Entropy: A General Theory for NonEquilibrium Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanicsââ is presented by P. Attard; ââX-Ray, Photo and Resonant Auger-Electron Spectroscopy Studies of Liquid Water and Aqueous Solutionsââ are discussed by M. A. Brown, M. Faubel and B. Winter; ï¬nally, O. D. Velev, S. Gangwal and D. N. Petsev review ââParticle-Localized AC and DC Manipulation and Electrokineticsââ.
