Rhabdomyoma of the heart with intrapericardial expansion AbstractA rare case of a rhabdomyoma originating from the surface of the rightatrium in a 20-year-old female is reported. The tumor showed electricalactivity and caused both outflow obstruction and tamponade symptoms. It wassuccessfully removed by a right-sided thoracotomy. AbstractA rare case of a rhabdomyoma originating from the surface of the rightatrium in a 20-year-old female is reported.
