The voriconazole concentration in azole-supplemented agar was incorrectly stated as 1 mg/L, but should have been 2 mg/L. The in- correct voriconazole concentration was stated in the Methods section of the abstract and in the Methods section entitled ‘Azole- containing agar plates’.
