Abstract

The more and more intense cooperation of the European States within the European Union has a considerable influence on their respective national constitutional systems. Recent developments within French, English and German constitutional law underline this tendency. Finally, a certain assimilation and concordance of the respective national constitutional systems is also a fundamental requirement for the success of the envisaged reforms within the European Union.
