This Steven B. Lesser is a member of The Florida Bar and has also been admitted to practice in Ohio. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law and is the Chair of the Florida Board of Legal Specialization & Education. He is a former Chair of the Construction Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law. Mr. Lesser is a Certified Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is also a Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He is the recipient of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section’s Construction Law Committee Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Lesser is a shareholder in Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale. Jonathan D.
