Two Cases of Urethral Stricture following Insertion of Silicone Sealant into the Male Urethra We present 2 cases of men that have inserted silicone seal-ant into their urethras. One man had ingeniously tried to use the silicone to remove a urethral foreign body he had inserted some months earlier. The other man attempted to remove his silicone foreign body using a metal screwdriver. Both men had failed endoscopic foreign body extraction procedures and required open surgery to remove the silicone sealant.
