Pseudo-Pseudoaneurysm of the Left Ventricle Left ventricular pseudoaneurysms are an uncommon complication of myocardial infarction and need urgent surgical repair. Though it is critical that they be accurately identified, pseudoaneurysms are occasionally misdiagnosed. We report an abnormality which may be mislabeled a pseudoaneurysm which we term a pseudo-pseudoaneurysm. Left ventricular pseudoaneurysms are an uncommon complication of myocardial infarction and need urgent surgical repair.
