26 AICOM Vol.3 No. 1 March 1990 ECCAINEWS Minutes of the 1989 General Assembly Meeting ECCAI 18 April 1989, 4:30 p.m., University of Sussex, Falmer, England The chairman opens the meeting at 4:30 P.M., having determined that a quorum is present. At the board desk are: Margaret King (chairman), Laurent Siklossy (vice-chairman), Thore Danielsen (secretary), Tony Cohn (treasurer), Ramon Lopez de Mantaras (EEC representative). Also present are Luigia Carlucci-Aiello, ECAI 90 program chairman, and Goran Hagert, ECAI 90 local arrangements chairman. Chairman's report: in the interest of saving time it is passed on, as it would contain references to the agenda items to be discussed. The agenda is approved with the change that ECAI 88 be discussed at the end of the meeting as a separate item rather than together with the treasurer's report. Treasurer's report: Only that portion pertaining to the present bank account situation is given. The report is approved by the general assembly. Membership questions: The Israeli society has shown renewed interest in active participation in ECCAI and promised to send a representative to the general assembly meeting.
