ECCAI News 200 AICOM Vol.3 No. 4 December 1990 MINUTES Of The ECCAIGENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING 1990 August 8,1990, Stockholm, Sweden. The chairman opens the meeting at 11:30 A.M., having determined that a quorum is present. At the board desk are: Margaret King (chairman), Laurent Siklossy (vice-chairman), Thore Danielsen (secretary), Tony Cohn (treasurer), Ramon Lopez de Mantaras (EEC representative). Also present are Luigia Carlucci-Aiello, ECAl 90 program chairman, and Goran Hagert, ECAl 90 local arrangements chairman. The list of delegates attending and those having sent a proxy is enclosed (enc. 1), as well as the agenda (enc. 2), treasurer's report (enc. 3), and letter from SGAlCO (enc. 4). Chairman's Report: In the interest of saving time, the chairman's report is passed on, as it would deal with the agenda items. Announcements. As there is no ECAl in 1991, the board would like suggestions as to where the 1991 General Assembly meeting should be held. Suggestions should be sent to the ECCAl secretariat as soon as possible. (Preferably by Oct. 15.)
