Demand for online government services: Case studies from St. Petersburg This paper describes methods that can be applied to the analysis of demand for e-government services and presents the results of e-government demand study in St. Petersburg. In order to extend the knowledge of public expectations, we considered three groups of e-government stakeholders: civil servants, business, and nonprofit organizations. We further analyzed awareness of available e-government services among representatives of the three groups and their attitudes towards these offerings in St. Petersburg. Abstract

This paper describes methods that can be applied to the analysis of demand for e-government services and presents the results of e-government demand study in St. Petersburg.
