The space group is P21/a and the cell constants are a=7.97, b=7.76, c= 13.03 ,h,, 7= 103.99o. The structure was solved by the heavy-atom method and refined by a least-squares program to a final R value of 0.08. One trivalent thallium atom is in tetrahedral coordination and forms isolated linkages with the three other T1+ which appear to be by electrostatic interaction.
