The subject was 80 employees of PT.PLN Persero APD in Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative method by using descriptive statistics and partial least square (PLS) technique to analyse the effect of each variable. Based on the Q square results, its value is accounted for 0.60. This shows that Q square's value is larger than 0.5 indicating that factors of OHS management system, work-related stress, and motivation in OHS management have a good prediction level on the performance of human resources management. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png International Journal of Enterprise Network Management Inderscience Publishers
