A great deal of research has been directed toward improving the effectiveness of group meetings through the use of electronic meeting rooms without the desired results. As an alternative, this paper examines the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a group decision support tool. Abstract

Group decision making is a key activity in firms of all sizes.
