Reports a survey of Canadian male CEOs views on women in corporatemanagement. The results show ambivalence which may capturecurrent corporate reality. Most CEOs recognized what barriers there wereto women advancing and how they could be tackledagreeing too, that muchof this was under CEO control. A number were unaware of demographicchange in the workforce or of the existence of barriers thoseseen were identified as difficult to address. Recommends new steps to betaken.
