WHO CROSSFERTILISES MOST ON MBA PROGRAMMES An investigation into the process of crossfertilisation on MBAprogrammes is reported. An interview schedule was devised as a basis fordiscussions with a sample from each of three MBA programme types open,incompany and consortial.
