The mutual wellbeing of individuals and organisations is essentialin rapidly changing environments where sound decision making is at apremium. Although elusive, wellbeing can be sustained by a systematicand continuous review of the challenges faced and the growth of thecapabilities of the people who engage with them. The article describes aprocedure called Career Path Appreciation that focuses on therelationship between the individual and the organisation and, in sodoing, contributes to their mutual wellbeing without compromise oneither side.
