The study involves thedevelopment and testing of a method for scoring applicants foroperational frontofhouse positions using biodata based on theirinterpersonal skills and their job flexibility. The data were collectedat a mediumsized city centre hotel in the United Kingdom staffed with112 employees, 73 of whom participated in the study.
