The role of learning management in agile management for consensus culture The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the formation of a consensual culture of agile management used in schools where school administrators and teachers work.Design/methodology/approachThis research is based on a qualitative research approach that highlights social phenomena and explores the environment in which they belong.
