The relative importance of hotels and airlines to the business traveller Utilizes “critical incident analysis” to uncover business traveller attitudes to current changes in business travel policy. Examines the importance of flight and hotel arrangements as part of the motivation and satisfaction of the business traveller. The findings provide evidence of how the self‐esteem of travellers is affected.
