The Progress of Aerodynamic Research in 1929

The Progress of Aerodynamic Research in 1929 THERE has been no diminution during the past year in the number of old and new problems demanding research, and all available equipment has been in continuous use. In spite of this, it is probably true to say that the programme of researches in hand at the moment is even more extensive than it was a year ago. This is very largely due to the everincreasing complexity of the questions that arise, and to the consequent increase in the amount of time and labour necessary for the solution. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Aircraft Engineering and Aerospace Technology Emerald Publishing

Abstract

THERE has been no diminution during the past year in the number of old and new problems demanding research, and all available equipment has been in continuous use. In spite of this, it is probably true to say that the programme of researches in hand at the moment is even more extensive than it was a year ago. This is very largely due to the everincreasing complexity of the questions that arise, and to the consequent increase in the amount of time and labour necessary for the solution.
