Studies the process of implementing industrial robots in Spanishindustry. Most of the firms surveyed already had experience ofautomation and used the first robot to gain experience of this newtechnology. The training and integration of staff in the project, thefirms technology level and support from top management were found to bethe factors which have the most influence on producing positive resultswhen robots are introduced.
