Technological Change in the Regional and Local Press

Technological Change in the Regional and Local Press This study funded by the Printing and Publishing Training Board from 197577 examined factors affecting the management of technological change in three newspaper companies from the United Kingdom regional and local press. In terms of ownership the companies ranged from a small privately owned firm a small company which was part of a conglomerate group to a large newspaper house again group owned. In all three cases the companies were engaged in making a change from a conventional hot metal system to one which used photographic techniques in the composition of a newspaper. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Management Research News Emerald Publishing
