The experience of a top teambuilding strategy spanning two yearsis described from two viewpoints the companys, Bendix SafetyRestraints, and the providers, Sundridge Park Management Centres TeamBuilding Services Unit. The development of a clientconsultantcollaborative relationship is traced, which has enabled the achievementof significant strategic change goals and helped to enhance the humanresource development function. Teambuilding workshops are described,including two for the top director team and two integrated workshops ofdirectors with senior managers.
