It has been found that one of their major problems is funding. Recommendations are made towards the improvement of the libraries, which include the need for more library cooperation, especially at the international level, and the establishment of a National Documentation Centre in the country. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Aslib Proceedings: New Information Perspectives Emerald Publishing
