Reflections of a Year A brief account of the life of a stress working party in a learningdisabilities unit, and some of the decisions which it made. Although theworking party fulfilled its goals and achieved a marked level ofsuccess, including an EAP service, a number of problems remain.Conversations were held with the remaining members of the working partyafter the project had been completed, as well as some of the members ofthe executive board.
