By combining the capabilities of the OCLC M300 Workstation or an IBM PC with Personal Bibliographic Software's BiblioLink to OCLC ProCite software, you can readily reformat data from OCLC records. You can produce bibliographies, acquisitions lists, standardization lists, library guides, reference lists for researchers, bibliographies for library instructionalmost any bibliographic listing you might require. You can even create a formal, fully annotated booklength bibliography, complete with author, title, and subject indexes. You can also do some database analysis, for example, to standardize abbreviations or count the number of items published in a given year. By adding ProSearch, to the process, you can also get help searching BRS and DIALOG databases and merge these records into your database to create a stronger and more varied citations list.
