The paper sets out key performance implications of these developments.Design/methodology/approachThis paper reviews literature on subject and draws on 15 years of primary research and secondary analysis of the sector by the authors.FindingsThere are many models of temporary agency worker supply and ways of accommodating “temps” in the workplace.
