Parasite logic

Parasite logic Through the use of the concept of the parasite, a new way of thinking about communication and our sociality is presented. Communication can be seen as the mutual effort of excluding the unwanted third, that is the noise, the parasite. Sociality is to be conceived of as the circulation of a general equivalent (the quasi‐object) that functions as a marker of subjectivity. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Journal of Organizational Change Management Emerald Publishing

Abstract

Through the use of the concept of the parasite, a new way of thinking about communication and our sociality is presented. Communication can be seen as the mutual effort of excluding the unwanted third, that is the noise, the parasite.
