MicroMARC for integrated formats

MicroMARC for integrated formats Archives collection managers have employed the power and flexibility of MicroMARC:amc since 1984. Now this MARC‐based information and storage retrieval software has been expanded to accommodate all MARC formats. The authors examine MicroMARC for Integrated Format version 1.2 and its data entry, searching, and reporting features, along with its latest upgrades. Features of the software include the ability to transfer records to and from local systems, make global changes to headings in the database, create additional indexes, and create reports that can be downloaded into word processing documents if necessary. The software can be loaded on stand‐alone computers or into a local area netowork (LAN) using DOS, Windows 95, or Windows NT. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Library Hi Tech Emerald Publishing
