Letter from the Editor

Letter from the Editor The International Journal of Innovation Science (IJIS) is all about change. We promote change and an understanding of it. For this reason, we are proud to announce a whole host of changes that are happening within the International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP) and the IJIS. The first announcement is that we will be holding our first conference in New York City in January. Information regarding this conference can be found at http://iaoip.org/events/7/. We are proud to be unveiling the certification exam, the innovation framework and the strategic framework for the IAOIP and IJIS. The site will be in a constant state of change up until the conference so check back often. Another change/improvement is the addition of Ms. Nina Fazio to the editorial staff. Nina is an experienced innovator who has exceptional skills at copyediting. With her addition as copyeditor to the senior staff of the IJIS, we should see continued improvement in the quality of the IJIS. Most importantly, the IAOIP now has a working framework for the innovation certification. This certification will be based heavily on innovation science with levels of certification for contributors, project managers, innovation managers, innovation officers and innovation champions. This will all http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png International Journal of Innovation Science Emerald Publishing
