This is more likely lead to an improvement in the management control of municipal public services (MPSs) with the help of scientific and technological methodologies, based on both qualitative and quantitative methods. Originality/value – This research is based on the need to develop IS to improve management control of MPSs and thus meet the needs of population, and in turn, support the municipal authorities.
