Explains that a collaborative is a group of practitioners from different sites who meet periodically to exchange ideas and methods of making changes while maintaining quality. Gives ten suggestions for leaders who want to run an effective collaborative. Concludes that, by following these suggestions, a successful collaborative is not certain, but that waste of time and money will be less likely.
