Special issue, “Envisioning Business 2030” This special issue (SI) of American Journal of Business (AJB) is one of the main outcomes of Jaipuria International Management Conference (JIMC) 2020, which was organized by Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore, India, on a broad theme – Envisioning Business 2030, during 17th and 18th of July 2020, entirely on a virtual platform. The conference attracted researchers from all over the world and a total of 140 plus abstracts and research papers were received. After a rigorous review process with the help of an esteemed panel of reviewers, who are at the panel of ABDC Category journals, the committee shortlisted 84 entries to be presented in the conference. The conference had two journal partners – AJB (Emerald) and International Management Review, both published from the US and are under UGC-CARE list as per UGC of India. This issue of AJB has included five contributions which have significantly added to the existing body of knowledge. One study had attempted to quantify sales performance and identifying the threshold limit to support decision-making for the companies specifically in IT and ITES sectors.
