Employee attitudes and understanding This is the title being given to a special survey carried out on behalf of the Confederation of British Industry, which forms part of a bigger project, being undertaken for the CBI, to examine communications in industry and the attitudes and understandings of employees and managers. This major project is now in its final stages and a comprehensive report is to be published towards the end of 1976. In the meantime CBI has released some of the rather unexpected findings in the form of a press release, not on sale and not generally available to the public.
