Editorial International Perspectives on Social Care Charles Watters Editor-in-Chief Reader in International Migration and Director, The European Centre for the study of Migration and Social Care, University of Kent The papers assembled in this issue offer perspectives on In Karin Schittenhelm’s paper the analysis of the health and social care from three countries: Germany, situation in Germany is followed by a consideration of Honduras and France. Each focuses on particular possible ways to support the participation of young aspects of health and/or social care, from integration women with immigrant backgrounds in education and of immigrants in educational systems, to addressing work. In Balcazar and Suarez’s paper the potential for child mortality, and the evolution and complexities supporting the replication of programmes promoting of public policies on AIDS.
