With managers anxious to develop competitive advantages with newglobal allies, and with manufacturers moving offshore in search of lowercosts and foreign scale economies, it is important to develop aninternational business strategy vision to cope with a rapidly developingglobal economy. This article reviews strategy development and highlightsthe need for a new strategy vision for tomorrow. Implications formanagement development are discussed.
